Monthly Rentals: Let’s Talk Details.
In the off-peak season (September-April), our properties transform into Furnished Monthly Rentals along the Virginia Beach Oceanfront with reduced monthly rates– just pack a suitcase and you’re all set! Whether you’re house-hunting, renovating, on a corporate work assignment, or embracing the remote work lifestyle, our beachfront homes provide the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Our high speed wifi, comfortable furniture, easy access locations & modern updates provide a turnkey experience. Why not make the beach your home during the winter months?

All of our rental homes feature keyless entry, high speed internet, comfortable furniture for long term stays, fully equipped kitchens, and a full time “Superhost” guest coordinator, and Facility Manager with boots on the ground for any needs that may arise.
Taxes and Fees
All rentals under 90 days are subject to state and local taxes, you can save quite alot by extending your stay! Other fees may include pet fees (subject to owner approval, typically $200, non-refundable fee per pet + responsibility for any damages). We do require tenants staying over 90 days to secure renter’s insurance (typically $15 per month).
Security Deposit
Your security deposit is equal to one month’s rent, and due upon signing of the lease. This first payment is received via cashier check or money order. Future payments can be made quickly, easily (and remotely) through your tenant portal. Any pet fees and your first month’s rent are due 30 days before check in. At the end of your leasing term, we will complete a walk through inspection to ensure that the house was left clean and without damages (aside from traditional wear and tear). If any concerns are noted, you will be contacted so we can see what you think, finalize the inspection, and return security deposit funds.
The Application Process
Don’t worry, we keep this quick and easy, too! You can access our application directly through our Extended Stays Page, or by clicking HERE. You’ll be asked to enter your information and able to add card information for the $50 application fee. NOTE: We’ve got your back! We do not process application fees if the property has already been taken or a lease is being considered. If you are first in line, we will run it right away. This fee covers a (**safe and verified) third party check for your credit history, eviction history, and criminal background. If you’ve had a difficult time with your credit score, we are happy to consider your payment consistency and you may be asked for additional information, but we’ll see what we can do! After you have submitted your application watch your email – the third party company will reach out to you for your permission to complete the check. After you have released this step, we are typically able to verify your application approval within 24-48 hours.
Our properties are first come first serve, based on an approved application, signed lease, and receipt of your security deposit via cashier check or money order, so hurry and get your application in, our properties don’t last long!
Tenant Portal
Once your lease has been signed and security deposit has been received, you will receive an invitation to your resident portal. This will allow you to not only make payments online, but also to reach your guest coordinator and maintenance team quickly and easily at any time with questions or concerns.
What to Expect When You Arrive
We will have your home ready and waiting for you! After funds and lease have been verified, and at the start time of your lease, you will receive a text message with your personalized keyless entry door code, so you can go straight to your new home! The kitchen will be fully equipped with dishes. Pillows and blankets are provided. Sheets and towels will be ready and waiting for 30 day rentals. Rentals over 30 days do not include sheets and towels, though they are available for an additional fee. Prior to your arrival, our Facility Manager and Guest Coordinator will have completed a full inspection of your home, to note prior damages or wear and tear. You also have 5 days after your lease begins to report any concerns that you want to ensure have been noted! We know accidents happen, if at any time you have trouble or cause a damage, just let us know so we can help!
