How Much is the Booking Fee?

Reserve your vacation stay with just 50% down! Your booking fee will hold your spot, with the rest of the payment not due until 30 days prior to your arrival.

What Are Checkout Requirements?

Feel free to leave sheets on the bed, towels on the bathroom floor. Please ensure dishes are washed and put away, all items in refrigerator removed, all trash removed and placed in the receptacles and furniture placed where it was when you first arrived. Please wash and dry the beach towels and return them to where they were upon your arrival.

Is There a Grill on the Property?

All single family private homes are equipped with propane grills. Unfortunately the city does not permit townhomes to have grills on porches.

When is Check In / Check Out?

Check in is at 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. Your check out is no later than 10:00 am on the day of departure. If your home is ready early, your Guest Coordinator may contact you. To check availability for an early check in or late checkout with $75 fee, just contact your Guest Coordinator.

Can We Park at the Home Before Check In?

Unfortunately we cannot allow guests to park at the home prior to receiving their check in text, as this may block our service vehicles and delay your check in. You can rest assured we’ll be scrambling to get you in!

Can I Bring My Dog?

We do offer several dog friendly homes! Please notify your guest coordinator when you are bringing a dog so we can ensure you are covered and allow you to pay your pet fee. You may be held liable beyond this fee should damages occur. You can check out our pet FAQs HERE.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Your booking fee is non-refundable. Any further payments may be refunded with 30 day cancellation notice. *You may be subject to third party credit card return processing fees. Worried about cancellation? Purchase Travel Insurance to protect up to 100% of your vacation investment for covered reasons. You may purchase Travel Insurance any time up to 10-days prior to your arrival date. When Will I Get My Door Code?

As soon your vacation rental home is ready for your check in, you will receive the keyless entry door code via messenger app or text. We cannot release your door code prior to this time to ensure safety of our care team and all guests.

What is Your Smoking Policy?

Stay Va Beach has a FIRM NO SMOKING (of any kind) policy in and around all of our properties. Please help us protect the allergy and quick turnover/cleaning needs of our guests. Smoking of any kind will result in fines beginning at $500.00.

What Can I Expect in a Stay Va Beach Home?

Is There a Washer & Dryer on the Premises?

All of our homes have a washer and dryer in house, or on the premises.

Are Linens and Towels Included?

When you arrive, all beds will be made with fresh, clean linens. A bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth for each person according to bed sizes (two sets for full + beds, one set for twins) will be provided. As an extra bonus, a few beach towels may also be provided for your use. Extra sheets & towels or fresh mid week sets may be rented via our STORE.

Pest Control

All Stay Va Beach homes receive quarterly pest control treatment & we take this very seriously. Due to the nature of a tropical environment, bugs happen! Should any concerns arise we will quickly send treatment.

What Items are Provided for the Kitchen?

Our Stay Va Beach owners are serious about stocking the kitchen for your needs! With dishes, silverware, glasses, pots & pans etc. you’ll be set up for success! *Since COVID-19, kitchens are no longer stocked with seasonings or cooking basics to keep up with enhanced cleaning protocol.

What Toiletries are Provided?

Your home will be set up with a basic starter toiletry set - including two rolls of toilet paper per toilet, two rolls of paper towels, hand and dish soaps. Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash are also included *in our Caton Place & 10 Ocean Luxury Townhomes only at this time. Additional toiletries may be rented via our STORE.

What Wi-Fi & TV Services are Provided?

Your home will be set up with high speed internet, and tvs will be set up with a firestick, allowing you to sign right into your personal apps! Live tv & cable are not provided.

What’s the Best Way to Rent Beach Equipment?

Our Stay Va Beach homeowners love to set you up for great memories and simple paths to get there! They have provided 1 beach chair per bedroom at no additional expense. (Please understand these extras may be subject to the condition the previous renters left them in). Additional rental gear is available for reservation and delivery at our STORE.
